You may return any unused item in its original condition, with all tags and original packaging intact, within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.


Return Process

  1. Request Authorization: Contact us at kaiapparels@mycorpdesk.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Shipping: We will provide return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is verified as defective or incorrect.
  3. Inspection: Once received, all items undergo a quality inspection. Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Processing

Once your return is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your statement.


Exchanges & Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will facilitate a replacement or exchange at no additional cost to you.
